Fair Use and Calling Limits
To maintain service quality and comply with telecom regulations, Avocall enforces reasonable fair use limits on calling volume and frequency:
Personal Use
- Avocall is intended for personal, non-commercial international calling only
- Call patterns should be consistent with typical personal communication
- Commercial use of the service requires prior written authorization from Avo LLC
Volume and Patterns
- Abnormally high call volumes or unusual calling patterns may trigger an automatic review
- Calling a large number of unique recipients in a short period is prohibited
- Repetitive short-duration calls to the same or different numbers may be flagged
- Call volumes that exceed normal personal use may result in throttling or suspension
These limits are consistent with telecom industry standards for personal VoIP calling services and help us distinguish genuine personal use from commercial or abusive activity.
Telecom Compliance
Avocall operates through VoIP and telecommunications carriers that enforce strict calling policies. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Carriers and telecom providers may block or restrict calls that violate their policies
- Carrier policies may be more restrictive than this AUP and take precedence
- Carrier-initiated call blocking may occur without notice from Avocall
- We cannot guarantee completion of calls that carriers choose to block
- Repeated carrier policy violations will result in account termination
- International calling regulations vary by country, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of both originating and destination countries
Do Not Call Compliance
You must respect the wishes of call recipients. If someone asks you to stop calling them, you must immediately cease all calls to that person.
Continuing to call someone who has asked you to stop is a violation of this policy and may violate federal and state laws, including the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and applicable international regulations.
Monitoring and Enforcement
To protect our users and maintain carrier relationships, we may:
- Monitor call patterns and metadata for signs of abuse
- Use automated systems to detect policy violations
- Investigate user reports of harassment or abuse
- Temporarily restrict accounts pending investigation
- Permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Share information with carriers as required for abuse prevention
We do not routinely record or listen to call content. However, we may review call metadata when investigating specific abuse reports or legal requests.

- Warning notification
- Temporary calling restrictions
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination

Severe violations, including robocalling, harassment, or fraudulent calling, may result in immediate termination without warning. No refunds will be provided for subscriptions terminated due to policy violations.

Include the phone number, date/time, and description of the violation. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
