Delete your account and data

To keep your AvoCall account, use the visible Delete or Remove action in the app for individual messages and media, conversations, voicemails, or contacts. The selected content is removed from your active account. Account-linked call history is removed through full account deletion.

If you cannot reach the relevant control, email [email protected] with the data category you want deleted. We verify account ownership before processing the request. Limited billing, fraud, support, or legal records may be retained only as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your AvoCall number is removed from the closed account during cleanup.
• Your account and its messages, calls, voicemails, contacts, and stored media are permanently deleted after the disclosed 30-day retention period where legally permitted.
• This can't be undone.
• Google Play and App Store subscriptions are not canceled by account deletion; cancel them separately with the store. Active subscriptions purchased on avocall.net are canceled during account cleanup.
